-Wood-fired Pizza Oven Tandoori Oven and Mini-spit as well as large wood fired and gas BBQ.

-Heaps of room to lounge around on green lawns and for kids to run and play
-Room to play shuttlecock/badminton,kick a footy or play soccer(away from the buildings-the eastern open area near the woodlot.


Cellar and viewing deck. Plenty of room for brekkie or a balmy evening drinks session-or even celebration activities-outdoor table and chairs provided

-Use of our wildflowers,other garden flowers and home orchard for fruits and citrus(including Pomelo!!!) in season.(Personal consumption on site only)

-An opportunity to witness, in the wild, one of Australia most spectacular birds-the wedge-tailed eagle.(Up to 5 birds have been seen soaring here)

PRICES-per night
-Whole of House  Au$650 per night -up to 10 persons.
(Beyond 10 persons additional charge of $30 per person per night.)

There is a cleaning fee of $200 for each booking. (Except Self-Contained rooms-no extra charge)


Wood charge; there is a $50 (per booking) charge

Early check in or late check out Can usually be accommodated within reason.
(We can allow a couple of hours provided there is no booking adjacent or we have cleaners booked).
Otherwise there is a charge of 50% of the per night fee applicable to the group until 6 p.m-then a full night's charge beyond that

BOOKING your stay..A 25% non refundable deposit is required to secure a booking. The balance is  due 30 days before arrival.(A deposit can be refunded in extreme circumstances such as covid or other lockdown from flood, bushfire, etc..also in the case of serious family emergency).

 Pets.We do not allow pets at our property due to the many ground level native birds and wildlife now trusting people around the property after 10 years.


 Weddings and Special Events
We negotiate a price based on access to,and use of,our unique property by a large group, the type of event and number of people attending,equipment and resources to be used,special preparations we must make and the cleanup afterward. 



Weddings.

There is a minimum booking of 2  nights@$650 per night plus cleaning fee(Total $1500) plus an event charge of $1000 for up to 60 persons which includes of all crockery,cutlery,tables,chairs,wedding covers red carpet,and wedding arch, clear wedding umbrellas for the bridal party in case of rain(19),wedding cake stands,bain marie,hot water urn,extra fridge,ice drinks trolley, 2 additional insulated Esky's and the large and/or small spit for roasting.


This charge also includes wear and tear of house and grounds,heavy use of facilities and electricity gas and water, cleaning,car parking,high level preparation of the gardens lawns and hedges around the property for photography purposes and general cleanup and refuse disposal afterward.


We have 7 large blow moulded tables and 65 chairs-additional to the chairs tables etc scattered around the property covered areas  

-A large stainless steel spit suitable for roasting a whole sheep/pig.
-Wood-fired pizza oven and 3 plate wood BBQ with 50 litre hot water boiler(for billy tea?) on the lawn adjacent to the the outdoor entertainment area. The Pizza Oven is capable of cooking 2 or 3 pizzas at once, crusty bread and pot roasts, while the BBQ could easily handle food and hot drinks for 50 or more persons.

-Bain marie
-Extra display type refrigerator for outside drinks storage.A further 520 litre fridge is now in the cellar as well as a 200l freezer.

 Esky type coolers for drinks
2 Outdoor gas heaters
30 bottle wine refrigerator and wine glass storage in the lounge-dining area inside.


-Ornate arch and a red carpet for the bride to walk to the ceremonial area from the view verandah. Clear umbrellas for the bridal party (19 umbrellas)

-Large outdoor dining area capable of seating 60 persons-.
We can assist with catering contacts and bus hire.We want large groups to use buses for transport to and from the venue due to parking limitations and out of concern for our neighbours-and-its safer if alcohol is being consumed!
A minibus can be hired locally in Wangaratta or Wodonga
This can be with or without driver
For events, the driver can drop passengers at their various accommodation sites and also pick them up.

There are also companies offering Winery tours -with driver e.g Lil Typsy

Reminder!
A booking is only confirmed when a (non refundable) 25% deposit is paid into our bank account number of guests and contact details provided.When confirmed we then email you back and enter a booking with your identifier on our calendar.(e.g J.M's group)
